[Xastir] Xastir => MySQL?? =>php

Hi all,

Check out http://aprs.w2swr.com/xastir-online

This is a working php linked to a MySQL db with junk data thrown into 
the tables. Only thing keeping it from operating is the Xastir link to 
MySQL. Once thats fixed I will go further with a distro.
