[Xastir] WMS need help

It looks from the code like we're hard-coded to use png maps.  Do
you get a different error message if you use PNG?

If you're invoking map_WMS.c to handle it then you shouldn't need to
do either.

What happens if you try the test call with PNG format?  Does it
still work?
