Except for the fact that javARPSSrvr is closed source, and written in
Java, which closes off anyone not running an x86 cpu from being able
to run it, and for those that do have x86 cpu's, it'll slow your
machine to a crawl.  Plus you can't even download and try it out
without emailing some random guy on the net and begging for a copy.
