[Xastir] dbfawk help with contour lines shapefile

Take a look in

at the files dlg*dbfawk.

When I generated shapefiles from the USGS data, the files came out in
several different formats, hence different dbfawks to handle all the
cases I ran across.

I think I made the major contour lines wider, and IIRC I tried to out
the labels only on the major contours to reduce clutter a bit.
