[Xastir] bad error msg?

Tnx, Tom for the reply.  I went to Synaptic, but all I could find was 
proj...no proj-dev.  So I used apt-get to install proj and the dev 
package came along with it...plus some other stuff.  I am using Ubuntu 
10,10.
