[Xastir] Right Click and hold

Yes, it used to be that the sub-window would stay open
on it's own, but there were problems with the Xastir
window grabbing the user's mouse and not letting go.
Because of this they had to disable something which
causes the sub-window to have to be held open by the
right click button.
