Ok maybe I got a tad too excited I now have the splitter connected and I
don't think I need to exit xastir and reload it when I connected the
splitter cable? Because it's acting the same way again about how it wont
show packets in Xastir and I don't have a lock on GPS right now so I
can't transmit to test.

My ABAUD is 19200 and the same in Xastir and BBAUD is 4800.
