[Xastir] Maps Offline?

AGWTracker can use the Garmin maps. You can pick the area you want and store 
them on your hard drive. You can then zoom in and out. Works nice. Don't 
know how many people using Xastir this would benefit or how much trouble it 
would be to add this to Xastir.
