[Xastir] Maps Offline?

Ahhhhhhh,
How does one download the whole state and not county by county.
Using a batchfile utility I find a pita. I like clicking on a state and
getting all the files at once. Can't beat getting something like
ILL.zip and unzipping it.:-)
