[Xastir] Linux Mint Xfce

FWIW I've just installed xastir on a P3 machine with a 700MHz processor 
and 768M RAM under Linux Mint Xfce.

I used the Ubuntu 10.04 Howto with just a single change, libcurl3-dev 
was not available but I was able to use libcurl4-gnutls-dev from the 
repository.

I had previously compiled libax25 from sources and, consequently, didn't 
need to apt-get libax25-dev.

I chose to compile proj.4, libgeotiff and gdal. I'd forgotten how long 
it takes to compile gdal on the P700 machine :-(

Xastir is now working with everything built in.
