[Xastir] Advertising multiple objects with Xastir or Linux beacon?

Hello Everyone,

Is there an easy way to advertise mulitple APRS objects other than just 
my callsign with Xastir?  If not, I think this can be done with multiple 
instances of Linux's "beacon" program but if anyone has some example 
hints of URLs on how to craft the required string to encode the object 
name, position, etc. I'd appreciate it!
