[Xastir] D700 Startup File

Since it's a D700, does it decode APRS when in standalone (APRS) mode?

You might want to look at the D700 start/stop files that are included with
Xastir.  They force the radio into Data mode (not APRS mode) and exit
gracefully (especially if you have an attached GPS).

Also, when you are in Xastir, if you go to View / Incoming Data do you see
anything?
