[Xastir] callpass not working in Debian binary download

This is the right list.  I found the problem.  I used a previous directory
structure from an older decompressed deb package as a guide for this one,
and I failed to overwrite the callpass executable from the older deb
package with the one from the new source installation.  The other 3
executables including xastir were OK.

Try downloading the deb package again.  It has the same file name, but when
you install it, a different version will be displayed.  This one should
have a callpass that works.
