[Xastir] (OT Perhaps) Hear packets thru soundcard; Soundmodemconfig diagnostics show nothing

To verify if soundmodem really "hears" the audio of your radio, change
the audio level louder or even turn of the radio. This should cause a
visible level change in soundmodemconfigs scope view.
If the level doesn't change, you got a problem with your mixer
configuration.
