[Xastir] Wheezy CVS Installation

Thanks Lee.  I was about to try again on wheezy until I thought about your Ubuntu reference and figured I'd try Ubuntu instead.  WOW.  I was a Debian loyalist for a long time.  Now, maybe not so much.  Xastir is light years faster on Ubuntu 12.04 on my Pentium D.  So, I went ahead and got it working better than I have ever seen since 2009 with Ubuntu.  Maps are quicker, maybe due to graphicsmagick?  The make and make install also went significantly faster than Debian Squeeze or Wheezy.
