[Xastir] OSM maps not loading Ubuntu 14.04

Good Evening Tom,

I tried to get just that ball rolling back in June. See the thread that
I started titled "Online Maps selections needing attention before next
release." I had thought that it was rolled into this last release but
apparently not. Then again, I just went back and reviewed the thread and
Curt did mention that he was overloaded and that someone else should do
the fixing if possible.

Let me know if you can not find the thread and I'll forward it back to
the list.
