[Xastir] Xastir hangs when changing form fields

I see this occasionally as well - though sometimes it's as innocuous as
opening the "Send Message" dialog and typing in a call sign or message.
 Sometimes the app hangs indefinitely, sometimes it crashes, and
sometimes it works just fine with no problems at all.  Unfortunately
I've yet to gather any correlation between what I'm doing and when it
crashes, nor have I been able to grab any error messages (backgrounded
it in terminal and closed the window) or core dumps.

This is with the latest devel build (2007/01/15).

I've also noticed, since the last build (perhaps the one before that as
well) that the option boxes in the send message dialog for selecting a
D7, D700 or HamHud are all greyed out and cannot be selected.  Unrelated
I'm sure, since the crashes happened before this, but still a "wha?"
that I kept forgetting to ask :>
