[Xastir] UK Maps

Hi

 

I’m a complete newcomer to Linux and Xastir, I’ve been using UI-View until
now and have liked the maps. Are there any maps for the UK that will work
with Xastir. I have converted a UI-View map, but the quality detracts
considerably when I zoom in.

 

Am currently running Ubuntu 6.10 and Xastir 1.8.2.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
