It's not generally applicable to Xastir so is not copied to the
install location.  Quite a few things are in this category.

It's an easy script to write.  Send me an example in private e-mail
and I'll give it a shot when I have a few minutes.  I have to check
out another patch I was sent first, but this can be 2nd in my Xastir
queue.
