I'm not familiar with the particular characteristics of the TT4, but
for all other TNC's that I know of you can't get such a listing if
you're in KISS mode.  Once you go to KISS mode then you're stuck
there until you take it out, and all or nearly all of the settings
you list make no difference to the KISS mode operation.  The only
settings that matter after that are things like slottime,
p-persistence, and TXD.

Basically what I'm saying is:  If you can get such a listing then
you aren't in KISS mode.  If you took it out of KISS mode just to
get such a list, they don't matter in KISS mode anyway so forget
about them.  Let Xastir set up the few KISS settings that are
needed.
